Will you restock your JoJo stickers?

This is my most asked question! I always always always restock jojo stickers, quite often actually (usually every other release). The wait won't be long to see them pop up again! *NOTE- limited edition stickers do not ever come back!

What are your stickers made of? Can I put them outside?

All stickers are printed on high quality UV rated waterproof vinyl with protective laminate. They can go anywhere that may get exposed to the elements - Cars, helmets, bikes, skateboards/snowboards, water bottles (even through the dishwasher!), etc. 

How do I apply the stickers?

After cleaning your surface (preferably hard, smooth surfaces) with water and a microfiber towel, remove the backing paper and apply the sticker and transfer tape together. Use a squeegee, credit card, or your hands to rub/apply pressure over the transfer tape to remove bubbles, then remove the transfer tape at a diagonal angle.

When will I receive my order?

Preorders take 3-4 weeks from the end of the preorder period (adjusted from 2-3 due to covid), and in-stock orders generally take 1-3 business days to get sent out, but may vary due to my recent major surgery. Once shipped, sticker shipping is 5-10 business days and tracked is 3-5 business days (maybe a little longer with the current world situation)

Where is my tracking number?

If you selected "sticker shipping" at checkout, your order is sent through USPS regular mail with a stamp - these orders do not have tracking. The upgraded rigid mailer option and apparel shipping come with tracking. If you receive a shipping notification without a tracking number, it arrives in a separate email when the package is scanned by the post office due to the service I use to print labels. 

Can I cancel my order or get a refund?

All sales are final, as stock is purchased based on preorder numbers. Refunds, when applicable, are decided on a case by case basis. If an item is oversold and I do not have any left, a refund or other solution of your choice is guaranteed. Lost orders are resent 1 time only.
